He then completed an internal medicine internship at University Hospital in Long Island and an ophthalmology residency at Krieger Eye Institute at Sinai Hospital in Baltimore. Following his academic training, he completed a two-year fellowship in ocular immunology and uveitis at the National Eye Institute in Maryland. Dr. Parks is a board-certified ophthalmologist who has been practicing in the Los Angeles area since 1995.
